Thunderstorms are possible tonight. However, severe weather is not

expected at this time.

DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Saturday through Thursday….

Occasional thunderstorms are possible Saturday through Monday night.

Isolated severe storms are possible Sunday into Sunday night, with

hail up to 1 inch the main threat. There is a better chance of severe

weather Monday  into Monday night, with damaging winds, large

Unfortunately, there are storms raging that are not made by nature but by mankind, and while I am not into faith based beliefs, I do agree with Mr. Gill and let it begin with me… 🙂

Stopping the busy world briefly to share a few thoughts.. have been very busy while dealing with change, saying goodbye to the old and hello to the new..  believe that Murphy’s law (“ if anything can go wrong it will”) came into effect about two weeks ago and the last two weeks has been hectic to say the least… 🙂

About two weeks ago the weather were 70 degrees F. with storms, wind and rain (fortunately nothing severe but on and off the internet) and after a few days of that, the weather changed and it became 30 degrees F. with wind and light snow… had a difficult time deciding on winter or summer but I didn’t need a weather forecaster to tell me what the weather would be, because all I had to do was look at the  horizon…  🙂

And at the same time all the weather was going on, the water heater took that time to crash and I had to get a plumber to install a new heater… were without hot water to bathe with for about four days but finally got a new heater… It may cost a bit more, but taking the opportunity to help deal with the climate by purchasing a water heater that is climate friendly and energy efficient… 🙂

And in spite of all the challenges, followed Wade Watts advice with high hopes… “Success is failure turned inside out, the silver tint of the clouds of doubt, and you never can tell how close you are, it may be near when it seems so far, so stick to the fight when your hardest hit, it’s when things seem worst that you mustn’t quit! (Wade Watts)… 🙂 And after having weathered the storms of life (at the same time trying to work with others dealing with issues of the world), I have dreams to follow, adventures waiting and friends and folks to visit, so it is time to get back on the path.. 🙂

Sitting here with a cup of Earl Grey while Mother Nature and the thunder gods are making their presence known… currently offline but still able to write as I do all my writing in Publisher and then I copy and paste on WordPress when I am ready… it may not be pretty, BUT “It is not the image without but the love within” that matters… 🙂

And, speaking of images, believe it is International Woman’s Month, here on the path it is Woman’s Day every day, they are treated with the same well deserved respect as anyone else and those that refuse to do so have probably reached a stage in their life and choose to stay there,  trying to prevent change so they will not have to change their way of thinking.. “Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past and present are certain to miss the future.” (John F. Kennedy)… 🙂

Here on the path women, like everyone else, are looked upon as human beings, each unique and important in their own way, and have their special place in the puzzle of life to make life, and the world, whole and wonderful… most will be able to do things better than I ever could and as Mr. Armstrong said “they will learn more than I will ever know”:… and I do not have a problem with that, as with Mr. Roosevelt’s quote, I would say man or woman…  🙂

I try to avoid labels here, rather have an open mind because “When we begin to build walls of prejudice, hatred, pride, and self-indulgence around ourselves, we are more surely imprisoned than any prisoner behind concrete walls and iron bars.” (Mother Angelica) and have Adam Clarke’s words in mind when greeting someone…  🙂

Hello Diary,

Have been a hectic past few days and week, dealing with life’s changes and challenges, hopefully doing so in a manner which will not have a harmful effect on others and prevent other creatures from following their dreams and living life their way…  🙂

I take this moment to apologize for not visiting everyone as I normally do,  have been dealing with occasional thunderstorms, fortunately no severe weather… however, the present internet provider I have uses the old telephone lines for transmission and the lines are known to carry electrical charges that can damage or destroy equipment attached to it so, have to disconnect and go offline during thunderstorms… 🙂

Also, the internet provider is making changes (like everyone  on the internet is doing), mainly in the area of security, so they are down from time to time also…hopefully soon I can visit everyone and perhaps share some thoughts about life and love…  🙂

 

Not letting the storms prevent me from venturing on down the path though, not much dancing but perhaps a bit of off key singing… 🙂 That being said, there is a lot of things I can do to help everyone in some manner, even while the internet is down, to do what I can as they deal with the same challenges I do… for example, like everyone I receive mail… in an effort to reduce using paper and putting in landfills. I take a moment and make my own notepads, using the mail I receive, to save info for getting online when able… 🙂

And I can also take some quality time to relax with a cup of tea and watch the birds, taking notes on the different species… and later when I can get online, I can share that information with others and they use that info in a effort to not only help the birds, but also with weather and climate change… 🙂

And speaking of the weather, I can also take notes about the weather and when can get online, share my notes with other weather services, not only here on the prairie, but also other countries like England’s Met Office (Weather Observation Website) to help them help others to deal with weather and climate change… 🙂

Sooooo, while I miss visiting and sharing thoughts, memories and life in the universe, being offline and internet does not keep me from venturing on down the path, sharing with my friends (and everyone), in a manner that hopefully does not interfere with their journey..  “Becoming free is learning about yourself; the scared and the insecure, the brilliant and the bold. Have been busy adjusting the sails while dealing with life’s changes and challenges… trying to do so in a manner so I can live life and follow my dreams and at the same time try to help others and do my part to make this world a better place for everyone, in spite of who they are or what they wish to be..hopefully, when my days in this mortal world is through, will help leave this world in a better place than when I found it…  🙂

As I gaze upon the world, with some sadness, I see those who would impose their thinking on others simply because others seem different, in appearance and thought.. below you see a photo of a jigsaw puzzle of the world, each piece unique, one of a kind and has a special place in the puzzle of the world to make the world whole…  🙂

 

Life today is like that puzzle, with every person ( and creature), irregardless of who or what they are or believe , being different, unique, one of a kind, and has a special place in the puzzle of life, to make life whole… 🙂
