My ancestors came across the pond as many others did, however, while most came to America with all their worldly possessions, it appears my ancestors were traveling light and fast…apparently there was a misunderstanding about the ownership of a certain horse… old tale and impossible to prove, but does make for good conversation over a pint at the local pub…… 😀
