There are times when I am following my dreams that the road can get a bit bumpy and filled with challenges, it is then I recall the words of Mr. Roosevelt.. 🙂

Hello Diary,

It’s a quiet Sunday morning after a few days of heat, humidity and storms, some remnants of the weather left over…

Managed to emerge unscathed “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain” (Author Unknown).. 🙂

And during those storms, while venturing down memory lane and contemplating the future, I came across a dream I had… 🙂 “There are some people who live in a dream world, and there are some who face reality; and then there are those who turn one into the other.” – (Douglas H. Everett)

In history’s past on the path I had a dream
Of the world in harmony it did seem,
Accepting one as who they believe and are
One’s life’s choices, no one did bar.

Free, to climb a mountain, to touch a star
Free, to search the universe, where answers are,
Free to venture through life, with open eyes and mind
Another creature’s belief, will not blind.

Free to boldly walk the lands, both far and near
All the while following ones dreams, without fear,

So it is on down the path I must go… I cannot turn back the clock as “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” ( Maria Robinson ) but I shall return again one day, Fate be willin’ and the creeks don’t rise…
